Blake Elliott had a monster day for East Knox (5-3, 4-1), rushing for more than 205 yards and three touchdowns to lead the Bulldogs to a 35-0 shutout over KMAC rival Fredericktown (3-5, 2-3) on Friday.

It was a scoreless first quarter, but Elliott took it in for a one-yard touchdown run in the second quarter to go up 7-0 after a Will Jensen extra point. Jax Lester scored on a six-yard touchdown run and a Jensen kick made it 14-0 at halftime.

In the third quarter Elliott scored on a touchdown run from seven yards out, and Bracen Davis caught a 31-yard touchdown pass from Lester. The two extra points were good and it was 28-0 after three. Elliott capped off the scoring in the fourth quarter with a one-yard touchdown, and Jensen made the extra point to put the score at 35-0.

The Bulldogs had 278 rushing yards and 366 yards total. Fredericktown had 216 yards total yards, with 146 on the ground and 70 yards in the air. 

Elliott ran 22 times for 205 yards, which included a long of 21 yards. On the season, Elliott now has 933 yards and 12 touchdowns on 119 carries. He is second in KMAC in yards and touchdowns behind Cole Delaughder of Danville.

Lester was 7-for-13 for 88 yards and a touchdown. He also rushed for a touchdown, and carried the ball six times for 30 yards. Davis had three catches for 57 yards and a touchdown. He also returned one punt for 17 yards.

On defense Elliott had a team high 10 tackles, one sack and a fumble recovery. Lester had four tackles and a pair of picks. Bryar Householder tallied eight tackles and a sack.

Fredericktown rushed for 160 yards as a team, led by Blake Sipes with 17 carries for 73 yards. Elijah Roush had 11 carries for 56 yards. Sipes was 9-for-14 passing for 71 yards and two interceptions.

Lane Warner and Parker Cirk led the defense with 14 tackles, and Carter Mull had 12 tackles. Devon Whitt had four tackles and a sack.
