NarrativeOn September 30th 2023 at approximately 10:34 A.M, I was dispatched to a injury crash at West Sugar Street and Dike Road. I made contact with Steven Horn, who was driving a blue Toyota Prius with Pennsylvania registration LXW8356. I also made contact with Sally Price, who was driving a red Chevy Malibu with Ohio registration 532YTW. Steven had two passengers and Sally had three passengers. Steven was westbound on West Sugar Street while Sally was southbound on Dike Road. Steven stopped at the stop sign and attempted to turn southbound onto Dike Road. Steven did not see Sally's vehicle coming and was struck on the front passenger side. Sally was transported by EMS to Knox Community Hospital for suspected minor injuries. Steven was issued a traffic citation for Improper Left Turn At Intersection ORD MTV 331.10(A)(2).
