PUBLIC NOTICE
The Trustees of Liberty Township, Knox County, Ohio will be holding a Public Hearing on a proposed amendment to the township Zoning Resolution regarding Small-Scale Solar facilities.
The Public Hearing will take place at 7:00 pm, on Monday, August 28, 2023 in the township building located at 8019 New Delaware Road, Mount Vernon, Ohio 43050.
The text of this proposed addition to the Zoning Resolution will be posted on the township building bulletin board from Sunday, August 13, 2023 thru the date of the public hearing, printed copies of the proposed addition will be available to the public at the Liberty Township Trustee meeting at 7:00 pm on Wednesday, August 16, 2023 or an electronic copy may be requested via email to gcasner@innovateec.com
Within twenty days after its public hearing, the board of township trustees shall either adopt or deny, or adopt some modification, of the proposed amendment.
The public is welcome and encouraged to attend any and all meetings.
