PUBLIC NOTICE
There will be a hearing of the Jefferson Township Appeals Board on Thursday, August 17th, 2023, at 6:30 pm at the Jefferson Township Hall, 20190 Nashville Road, Glenmont, Ohio 44628.
The purpose of the meeting is to consider the following three requests:
The first request is being made by Laura and Kevin Mooney, the owners of 22650 Vess LLC, DBA “The Mohicans”. They have submitted a request for a variance for “The Nest Treehouse”. The location of the Treehouse is 23164 Vess Road, Glenmont, Ohio 44628.
The second request is being made by Mr. Andy Miller. He has submitted a conditional use application for an in home profession. The location of the building is at the 30884 Holmes Road, Brinkhaven, Ohio 43006.
The third request is being made by Mr. Levi Martens. He has submitted a conditional use application for an in home profession. The location of the building is at the 26355 Jelloway Road, Danville, Ohio 43014.
The Board, at its’ discretion, may conduct other business on this date as well.
