PUBLIC NOTICE
PUBLIC HEARING
The Council of the City of Mount Vernon, Ohio (the “Council”) will hold a public hearing pursuant to an Ordinance of the Council duly adopted on June 26, 2023 (the “Ordinance of Sufficiency”). The hearing will be held at 6:45 p.m. on July 24, 2023, in Council Chambers at Mount Vernon City Hall, 40 Public Square, Mount Vernon, Ohio 43050, and will be on the petition (the “Petition”) to create the Mount Vernon New Community Authority, a new community district established pursuant to Ohio Revised Code Chapter 349. The Ordinance of Sufficiency and the Petition are each on file in the offices of the City, 40 Public Square, Suite 206, Mount Vernon, Ohio 43050, and are available for inspection by interested persons during regular business hours.
