Jarrod Wolfe, 31, Mount Vernon, operating a vehicle under the influence of alcohol and/or drug of abuse.

Four found guilty on July 5

James Ball, 24, Mount Vernon, possessing drug paraphernalia.

Wendy Carpenter, 52, Heath, having an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle.

James Musselman Jr., 23, Mount Gilead, disorderly conduct in the presence of EMS personnel. 

Russell Kennedy, 30, Mount Gilead, driving without an operator’s license.

12 found guilty on July 7

Nicole Wheeler, 35, Mount Vernon, theft, assault.

Shelby Fischer, 19, Mansfield, persisting disorderly conduct.

Matthew Myers, 39, Mount Vernon, criminal trespass.

Monty Vamos, 24, Marengo, driving under an FRA suspension, speeding.

Lucas Wood, 20, Danville, fictitious plates, driving under suspension, expired registration.

Bruce Stillman, 64, Mount Vernon speeding.

Patricia Alverson, 30, Utica, speeding.

Matthew Brown, 22, Blacklick, speeding.

Joshua Hanna, 22, Mount Vernon, speeding.

Shane Weakley, 21, Mount Vernon, driving under an FRA suspension.

Steve Poulin, 51, Marengo, speeding.

Amanda Low, 38, Mount Vernon, driving under a license forfeiture suspension, failing to obey a traffic control device.
