MOUNT VERNON – Cherry Alley will continue to be closed between East High Street and the end of the 204 E. High St. property until 4 p.m. Tuesday, April 4. The alley will be open for emergency traffic and the South side of the alley will be open off Vine Street. Shoemaker Roofing requested this closure for shingles replacement roofing work.
