MOUNT VERNON – UPDATE: Work is now complete on Prospect Street between Calhoun Street and Curtis Street and the road is open.
This is an update from the previous announcement that it would continue to be closed to all traffic, including emergency traffic, until 4 p.m. today, March 22, to give the concrete time to set.
Originally, that section of Prospect Street was to be closed to all traffic from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Tuesday, March 21, for concrete work requested by the Mount Vernon Water Department.
