MANSFIELD – Richland Academy of the Arts is excited to announce visual arts classes offered by instructor Barbie Waters.
We are excited to welcome visual arts instructor Waters to Richland Academy of the Arts. Waters has a Bachelor of Arts in fine art, with a painting and graphic design focus. She has worked as a graphic designer for 15-plus years, serving small businesses and many area nonprofits. She enjoys inspiring people of all ages to engage in creativity and believes we are all born to reflect and express creativity in some capacity.
Waters will offer two visual arts classes that have been designed with the home-school student in mind, but all students are welcome to join. She will instruct Introduction to Visual Arts for grades three through five, and Visual Art through Drawing for grades six through nine. Both classes begin on Feb. 27.
