NEWARK – Richard D. Frost, 85, of Newark, passed away Tuesday, Dec. 27, 2022, at Licking Memorial Hospital. He was born in Mount Vernon on April 3, 1937, to the late Robert and Thelma (Canent) Frost.
He is survived by his son, Steven (Sheila) Frost, Sr.; grandson, Steven Frost, Jr.; siblings, Robert (Nancy) Frost and Linda (Bob) Haignere.
