The Mount Vernon City Council will hold a Public Hearing on Monday, October 24, 2022 at 6:45 pm in Council Chambers at City Hall, 40 Public Square, Mount Vernon, Ohio for the purpose of hearing public comment considering a rezoning proposal from the HRD Land Fund 1 LLC for a 12.524 - acre portion of parcel #66-00501.000 located along Newark Road from NC (Neighborhood Commercial) to PND (Planned Neighborhood District). Materials related to the proposal are on file with the Clerk of Council, 40 Public Square, Mount Vernon, Ohio for public inspection.
