JACKSON, Mich. – Mount Vernon Nazarene University student-athletes compete hard in Crossroads League competition and that attention to athletics has not diminished their attention to education. Their drive on the field and work in the classroom have garnered them recognition from the league.
The Crossroads League announced its 2021-2022 Academic All-Crossroads League award winners for student-athletes from the sports of cross country, soccer, volleyball, basketball, track and field, competitive cheer, baseball, softball, tennis, bowling and golf.
In order to be eligible for Academic All-Crossroads League recognition, a student-athlete must have reached junior status academically with a cumulative grade-point average of 3.5 or higher at the conclusion of the spring semester and must have been nominated by their institution.
