You are hereby notified that the decedent died on April 10, 2022 and decedent’s will was filed in the Knox County Probate Court at 111 East High St., First Floor, Mt. Vernon, Ohio 43050 on June 8, 2022. A hearing on the Application to Probate Will and Appointment of Fiduciary will be held in the Probate Court on July 27, 2022 at 11:00 a.m. This notice is given to all person who would be entitled to inherit from the decedent had the decedent died intestate and to all legatees and devisees named in this will who do not waive notice.
