You are hereby notified that on November 17, 2021, Arthur Sylvester Snyder, Ill filed Petition(s) of Adoption of Minor, ·in the Knox County Common Pleas Court, Probate Division, at 111 E. High St. Mt. Vernon, OH 43050, for the adoption of Liam Joseph Addison, a minor, whose date of birth is November l_ 1, 2007 and was born at Coshocton, Coshocton County, Ohio, Emily Grace Snyder, a minor, whose date of birth is January 31, 2009 and was born at Terre Haute, Indiana, and Levi David Addison, a minor, whose date of birth is July 9, 2012 and was born in Terre Haute Indiana.
The Court shall hold a hearing on these Petitions on June 13, 2022 at 1: 30 pm
"A FINAL DECREE OF ADOPTION, IF GRANTED, WILL RELIEVE YOU OF ALL PARENTAL RIGHTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES, INCLUDING THE RIGHT TO CONTACT THE MINOR, AND, EXCEPT WITH RESPECT TO A SPOUSE; TERMINATE ALL LEGAL RELATIONSHIPS BETWEEN THE MINOR AND YOU AND THE MINOR’S OTHER RELATIVES, SO THAT THE MINOR THEREAFTER IS STRANGER TO YOU AND THE MINOR'S FORMER RELATIVES FOR ALL PURPOSES. IF YOU PETITION WITHIN TWENTY-EIGHT DAYS AFTER THE LAST PUBLICATION, IF YOU
WISH TO CONTEST THE ADOPTION, YOU MUST ALSO APPEAR AT THE HEARING. A FINAL DECREE OF ADOPTION MAY BE ENTERED IF YOU FAIL TO FILE AN OBJECTION TO THE ADOPTION PETITION OR APPEAR AT THE HEARING.
