MOUNT VERNON – David L. Hulse, 84, of Mount Vernon passed away on April 18, 2022, at The Ohio Eastern Star Home. He was born on April 29, 1937, to Foster and Golda (Stumph) Hulse in Morrow County, Ohio.
David was a U.S. Air Force veteran. He was a long-time member of First Baptist Church. David loved taking care of his property; he had three tractors so that he could work on his lawn and gardens. He and his wife, Linda, enjoyed traveling and spending time with family and friends. The most important thing to David was spending time with his wife, Linda.
He is survived by his brother Dan (Kathy) Hulse of Goshen, Ind., and many nieces and nephews and extended family.
David was preceded in death by his wife, Linda (Glancy) Hulse; parents Foster and Golda Hulse; and a brother, Charles Hulse.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made in David's memory to First Baptist Church.
Calling hours will be Thursday, April 21, from 1 - 3 p.m. at First Baptist Church, 303 S. Edgewood Road, Mount Vernon, OH 43050, with a Funeral Service following at 3 p.m.
