PUBLIC NOTICE
The Board of Knox County Commissioners will hold a public viewing and a public hearing to consider the request of Berlin Township, Knox County, Ohio, to vacate a portion of a Township Road described as follows: a portion of East Alley, located to the East of Lots 2, 4, 6, 8, 10, 12, 14 and 16, recorded in the Original Plat of Palmyra in Deed Volume "O", page 385, being 20 feet in width and 280.5 feet long, running South from Berlin Street, in the Original Plat of Palmyra.
The public viewing of the portion of the alley will be Tuesday, April 26, 2022, at11:15
a.m. and the public hearing will be held in the Knox County Commissioner's Office, 117 East High Street, Suite 161, Mount Vernon, Ohio 43050, on Thursday, May 5, 2022, at 11:15a.m.
