Real Living tied the game with a run in the top of the third inning, but Overhead Door scored seven times in the bottom half to roll to a 13-6 win in Mount Vernon Girls Softball League 10U play on Tuesday.

Haylee Frye clubbed two home runs; and Mea Joyner, Kendall Melton and Holly Hogle added two hits apiece to lead Overhead Door. Hogle hit a triple, Melton had a double and Joyner struck out five batters in the circle.

Saige Culbertson struck out four batters and Carlie Culbertson hit a triple for Real Living.

Real Living Home Team 5, Danville Veterinary Clinic 4

Real Living scored twice in the third inning to beat Danville Vet 5-4 on June 19.

Lily Roland struck out four, and six different batters had a hit to lead Real Living.

Kyleigh Lannoy and Hailey King each had a hit for Danville Vet.

Danville Park National Bank 13, Overhead Door 10

Park National scored four runs in the top of the first and never trailed in a 13-10 win over Overhead Door on June 19.

Raegan Malone hit a home run and had three hits overall, and Morgan Hinkens struck out seven batters to lead Park National.

Holly Hogle had two hits, Haylee Frye hit a home run and McKenna May struck out six for Overhead Door.

Don White State Farm 17, JB Paint & RKE Trucking 1

Don White started fast with a seven-run first inning and rolled to a 17-1 win over JB Paint on June 19.

Paisley Platt struck out seven batters to lead Don White.

Overhead Door 12, Don White State Farm 4

A five-run second inning gave Overhead Door all the offense it needed in a 12-4 win over Don White on June 17.

Mea Joyner had three hits, including a double, and struck out four batters; and Kendall Melton had two hits including a homer to pace Overhead Door.

Sydney Snider led Don White with two hits, and Paisley Platt had four strikeouts.

Griffin Insurance 6, Lady Amvets 0

Morgan Yoder struck out 10 batters in the circle to lead Griffin to a 6-0 win over Lady Amvets on Tuesday.

Yoder and Azaya Rine had three hits each for Griffin, which took the lead with a run in the first inning. One of Rine’s hits was a double.

Kaitlyn Evans had five strikeouts for Lady Amvets.

CQ Construction 9, Griffin Insurance 3

CQ put four runs on the board in the second inning and rolled to a 9-3 win over Griffin on June 19.

Megan Diggs struck out four batters and Karma Carpenter had a pair of hits to lead CQ.

Rylei Schulties had two hits, including a double, for Griffin.

Team Hope 15, Ariel 6

Team Hope bookended the game with a five-run first inning and an eight-run fifth to roll to a 15-6 win over Ariel on June 17.

Mykenzie Neitzelt had four hits and drove in two runs at the plate and struck out five in the circle, and Bre McClusky hit a pair of home runs and a triple and struck out six to lead Team Hope.

Kylie Stewart homered for Ariel, which rallied for four runs in the fifth inning but fell short.

Lady Amvets 9, CQ Construction 8

Lady Amvets reeled off six runs in the third inning to knock off CQ 9-8 on June 17.

Emme Cline and Ava Pullins each had two hits with a double, Maddy Tocheff homered and Abby Sapp struck out four batters to lead Lady Amvets.

Emelia Camp had three hits, including a double, for CQ.

Griffin Insurance 6, Lady Amvets 3

Griffin rallied for five runs in the third inning to beat Lady Amvets 6-3 on June 16.

Morgan Yoder had four strikeouts and one of Griffin’s four hits.

Abby Sapp struck out eight batters in the circle and had two hits, including a triple, for Lady Amvets.

Dugan Energy 18, Danville Tire & Alignment 4

Dugan scored six times in the second inning and added on from there in an 18-4 win over Danville Tire on Tuesday.

Licia Clemons had three hits, including a home run, to lead Dugan.

Savannah Taylor had three hits with a double for Danville Tire.

Alan’s Auto 11, Danville Tire & Alignment 2

Alan’s Auto took control with four runs in the first inning and cruised to an 11-2 win over Danville Tire on Monday.

Lacy Adams, Bailey Styndl and Peyton Marme had three hits each to lead Alan’s. Styndl tripled twice and Marme added a double.

Karly Brewer had three hits for Danville Tire.

Prescription Turf Care 11, Holmes Tire 6

Prescription scored six runs in the third inning and four in the fourth to run away with an 11-6 decision over Holmes Tire on June 19.

Isabella Matheny, Lexi Horlacher and Kaydence Connor had three hits apiece to lead Prescription.

Addi Beltz and Cambna Lilly had three hits each for Holmes Tire. Both hit doubles.

Dugan Energy 17, Alan’s Auto 11

A six-run first inning ended up being the difference in a 17-11 win for Dugan over Alan’s Auto on June 19.

Licia Clemons, Raelyn Hall and Alyssa Kandel each had four hits to pace Dugan. Clemons hit a triple and a double.

Audrey Chena and Bailey Styndl had four hits each for Alan’s. One of Styndl’s hits was a double.

Danville Feed & Supply 12, Danville Tire & Alignment 6

It was sixes wild with Danville Feed scoring six runs in the bottom of the fourth inning to beat Danville Tire 12-6 on June 19.

Ali Lannoy had three hits — including a pair of doubles — to lead Danville Tire, which also scored six runs in the third.

Savannah Taylor, Karly Brewer and Ella Hart had two hits apiece for Danville Tire, which scored six runs in the top of the fourth to tie the game.

Jeld-Wen 18, Central Ohio Pressure Wash 1

Jeld-Wen took control with a four-run first inning and rolled to an 18-1 win over Central Ohio Pressure Wash on June 19.

Victoria Hoskins and Jordyn Plumly had four hits each to lead Jeld-Wen. Plumly hit for the cycle.

Sydney Ferenbaugh and Kendall Schwartz had two hits each for Central Ohio Pressure Wash.

Jeld-Wen 17, Prescription Turf Care 2

Elizabeth Hollar, Victoria Haskins and Mckenna Walters had three hits apiece to lead Jeld-Wen to a lopsided 17-2 win over Prescription on June 17.

Hollar, Haskins and Walters all hit doubles; and Jordan Plumly added a home run and a triple for Jeld-Wen.

Isabella Matheny and Ryleigh Canterbury had two hits apiece for Prescription. One of Canterbury’s hits was a double.

Alan’s Auto 14, Danville Feed & Supply 8

Alan’s Auto took the lead with a three-run first inning and came back with six more in the second to open it up in a 14-8 win over Danville Feed on June 16.

Bailey Styndl clubbed two home runs; and Jaylynn Pauley, Karli Lang, Carmen Myers and Lucy Adams all had three hits apiece to pace Alan’s. Pauley also went deep.

Claire Ashman and Manilla Vernon had three hits each for Danville Feed. Ashman doubled twice and Vernon hit a triple.

Dugan Energy 22, Danville Tire & Alignment 11

Dugan Energy took the lead with a six-run third inning but blew it open with six more in the fourth and four in the fifth on its way to a 22-11 win over Danville Tire on June 16.

Linda Clemons had five hits, including a double, to lead Dugan, which pounded out 35 hits as a team.

Kynlee Ferenbaugh had three hits for Danville Tire.

Straight A Signs 18, Charlie’s Body Shop 5

Straight A Signs left no doubt after an eight-run first inning and rolled to an 18-5 win over Charlie’s Body Shop on June 19.

Kenzie Staats struck out seven batters and added a home run and a double to lead Straight A Signs. Brooklyn Ashman and Taylor Miller added three hits each. One of Miller’s hits was a double.

Lady Amvets 26, Griffith & Sons Trucking 3

Lady Amvets scored 15 runs in the first inning and 11 runs in the second to beat Griffith 26-3 on June 19.

Kenlie Moore had three hits to lead Lady Amvets.

Haley Lester notched Griffith’s only hit.

Lady Amvets 7, Wigal Orthodontics 6

Lady Amvets scored a pair of runs in the bottom of the third inning to take a 7-6 decision over Wigal Orthodontics on June 17.

Keely Kline homered among two hits to lead Lady Amvets. Adrian Hitchcock, Kenlie Moore and Elly Marshall each had two hits. One of Hitchcock’s hits was a double, and she also struck out three batters in the circle.

Emma Seymour, Riley Johnston, Maddy Ball and Haylei Higgins had two hits apiece for Wigal.

Wigal Orthodontics 8, Charlie’s Body Shop 5

Wigal scored four times in the third inning to knock off Charlie’s Body Shop on June 16.

Riley Johnston struck out five batters in the circle and added a double at the plate to lead Wigal.

Imogen Winkler and Chloe Peterson had two hits each for Charlie’s. Winkler hit a home run and a double, and Peterson added a double.

Griffith & Sons Trucking 5, Straight A Signs 2

Griffith & Sons used a three-run fourth inning to beat Straight A Signs 5-2 on June 16.

Dalayna Parker struck out 11 batters and had one of three hits to lead Griffith.

Kenzie Staats struck out seven batters for Straight A Signs.
