FREDERICKTOWN – Treva N. (Donovan) O’Rourke, 60, of Fredericktown, passed away on Friday, Jan. 8, 2021, at her residence surrounded by her loving family. She was born in Mount Gilead, on Jan. 1, 1961, to Richard and Elizabeth (Perk) Donovan.
Treva loved being a nurse and caring for the people at the facilities where she worked, especially the Whispering Hills Nursing Home. The most important thing to Treva was her family.
She is survived by her parents, George (Dick) and Carol Donovan; and her children, Amber Anderson (Brian Jose), Ryan (Danielle) O’Rourke and Levi (Samantha) O’Rourke; 12 grandchildren, Kirsten (David Hill), Kylie and Konner Manley, Amara Jose, Alexa Alspach; Aadyn, Ashtyn and Aanthoni O'Rourke; Austin, Hayden and Dante Sheridan, and Arianna O'Neil; two great-grandchildren, Greyson and Rylynn Hill; sisters, Twana (Glenn) Smith and Cathy (Timothy) Barre; several nieces and nephews; and her aunt, Sally Myers.
Treva was preceded in death by her mother, Elizabeth (Perk).
A memorial service to honor Treva's life will be held on Saturday, Jan. 16, at 1 p.m. at the First Church of God, 19535 Zolman Road, Fredericktown, OH 43019, with Pastor Richard Prater officiating. The family will receive friends and family members beginning one hour prior to the service.
