CENTERBURG – Marjorie N. Shuff, 97, of Centerburg, passed away on Oct. 18, 2020.
Former owner of Lock General Store with her husband, Gordon, Marjorie was a 50-year-plus member of Milford Grange and a longtime member of Lock Church where she was Sunday School Treasurer. She was a longtime advisor of Lock Top Notchers 4-H club and volunteered at Interchurch for several years.
Marge loved working with her flowers, her rose bushes and iris plants being her favorites. She was an avid crafter, making quilts and baby blankets, and she was known for her crocheted dish cloths. She and her husband Gordon traveled to many area craft shows for several years.
Marge is survived by her sons, Bill (Judy) Shuff and Michael (Sharon) Shuff, both of Centerburg; daughter, Karen (Richard) Linkous of Boiling Springs, SC; eight grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Gordon.
A graveside service will be held at Lock Cemetery, Thursday at 11 a.m., with Roger Crego officiating.
