Knox Area Transit follows Title VI of the Civil Rights Act and its operation is focused on providing services without regard to race, color and national origin.

Any passengers who feel as though they have experienced discrimination under Title VI may file a complaint with the Knox Area transit administrator, the County website said. 

If you'd like to file a complaint, you can do so by contacting the Federal Transit Administration; Office of Civil Rights; Attention: Title VI Program Coordinator; East Building, 5th Floor – TCR; 1200 New Jersey Ave., SE; Washington DC 20590.
