The Middlebury Township Board of Zoning Appeals will meet Thursday, July 23, 2026, at 7:00pm. The meeting will be held at the Middlebury Township Hall, 19758 Waterford Road, Fredericktown. They will meet to consider the application for a conditional use on the property of Neil Miller located at 7775 Yankee St, Fredericktown. The applicant is requesting to change existing conditional use permit to a bulk food store. Adam Grubb, Secretary
