City of Mount Vernon Memorial Day Parade: Honoring 250 Years of America Heroes

Honor the legacy of American service members at the City of Mount Vernon Memorial Day Parade: Honoring 250 Years of America’s Heroes on Monday, May 25, from 10:30-11:30 a.m. along E. High St., where veterans groups, schools, local organizations, and community members will gather for a patriotic procession celebrating the courage and sacrifice of America’s heroes, creating a meaningful downtown tradition that brings the community together in remembrance and gratitude during Memorial Day, while participants interested in entering a float are encouraged to register before the May 15 deadline for this special event honoring 250 years of American history and military service.
