Kids to Parks Day

Celebrate outdoor fun at Kids to Parks Day on Saturday, May 16, from 10 a.m.-2 p.m. at The Lakes in Ariel-Foundation Park, a free family-friendly event presented by Ariel-Foundation Park and Partners featuring youth fishing with Knox County Fish and Game, archery, scout activities, water bottle rockets, BB guns, games, and demonstrations from PAK United, 4-H, and the Mount Vernon Fire Department, plus free hot dogs and drinks served from Noon to 2 p.m. by the Exchange Club of Mount Vernon.
