The Knox County Chamber of Commerce announced a Lunch & Learn event on March 31 from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the 4-H Ramser Center, 700 Perimeter Drive, Mount Vernon, focused on navigating health insurance options for local businesses.
The event aims to inform business owners about group rate health insurance discounts available through Chamber membership and is open to the public. Attendees will hear from Christine Hamilton of Dumbaugh Insurance, who will discuss cost advantages through the Chamber, eligibility for the SOCA program, additional benefit options, enrollment and administration support, and the importance of group benefits. Lunch will be provided at no cost.
