Hamilton, the Chairman and CEO, said that the dividend will be distributed on February 13, 2026, to shareholders recorded by January 30, 2026. The corporation is the parent company of The Home Loan Savings Bank, which operates branches in Coshocton, West Lafayette, Mount Vernon, and Newark, Ohio.
