Knox County food distribution event invites families and volunteers

Families in Knox County who meet the criteria of being at or below 200% of the Federal Poverty Level are invited to receive a food box on Saturday, November 22nd. The distribution will take place from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm at 106 W. Ohio Ave., Mount Vernon, OH.

For eligibility inquiries, Carolyn Fergus from Interchurch Social Services can be contacted at (740-397-4825). Additionally, those interested in volunteering for the event on November 22nd from 8 am to 2 pm can reach out to Lisa Loyd at the Knox County Foundation via email at lisa@knoxcf.org. Volunteers are encouraged to participate regardless of their available time commitment.
