The Mount Vernon Nazarene University women's golf team participated in the Crossroads League Preview held at Harrison Lake Country Club in Columbus, Indiana, on October 13-14. The team finished seventh out of eight teams with a final score of +216 after three rounds. Indiana Wesleyan secured the top spot with an overall score of +61.
Mary Weisburn led the MVNU team by tying for 19th place with a score of +32. Other notable performances included Trinity Wolfe, who finished 31st with a +43, and Ryan Satterfield, who came in 43rd with a +67. Jacqueline Gieseler placed 46th scoring +74, while Laynee Barrett completed the team's top five with a 51st place finish and a score of +151.
Looking ahead, MVNU will conclude its fall season at the Holy Cross Invitational scheduled for October 20-21 at Warren Golf Course in Notre Dame, Indiana.
