The Board of Directors appreciates Grubaugh's steadfast guidance and dedication.

“Carol has devoted decades to supporting our business community and has been a respected advocate and steady voice for the Chamber,” Chamber Board President Steve Oster stated in a press release. “We thank her for her service and the lasting contributions she has made to Knox County. Her passion, kindness, and commitment to others have left a lasting mark on the people and businesses she served.”

As she marks the close of her tenure, Grubaugh expressed deep gratitude for the opportunity to serve local businesses, pride in supporting the workforce, and an enduring confidence in the vital role Chambers of Commerce play in strengthening communities.
