Lady Cougars secure seventh place at Battle at Stonehenge golf event

Mount Vernon Nazarene University's women's golf team, known as the Lady Cougars, participated in the Battle at Stonehenge event hosted by Grace College in Winona Lake, Indiana. The competition took place over two days, from September 29 to 30. The Lady Cougars finished seventh out of eleven teams.

The team recorded a total score of 686, with rounds of 350 and 336, resulting in a plus 118 overall. Trynity Wolfe and Mary Weisburn both tied for 12th place with scores of 160 each. Ryan Satterfield secured the 41st position with a score of 181, while Jacqueline Giseler finished in 45th place with a score of 186. Jaya Booth ended in the 52nd spot with a total score of 213.

Looking ahead, the Lady Cougars are set to compete at the Fall Preview at Harrison Lake Country Club in Columbus, Indiana on October 13-14. The event will commence at 8:00 a.m. on both days.
