The Mount Vernon Nazarene University men's golf team participated in Grace's Battle at Stonehenge, held in Winona Lake, Indiana, on September 29-30. The team secured sixth place out of nine teams, with a total score of 621 (313, 308) over the two-day event and finished 53 over par.
Bennett Hill led the Cougars by tying for 14th place with a score of 152 (75, 77). Jack Mayle followed closely, tying for 20th place with a score of 156 (79, 77). Camden Bille tied for 31st place with a score of 161 (82, 79), while Will Streby finished in 33rd place with a score of 162 (77, 85). Tyler Goetzman tied for 34th place with a score of 164 (89, 75).
Looking ahead, the Cougars are set to compete in the Egypt Valley Intercollegiate in Ada, Michigan on October 7-8. Tee times for both days are scheduled to begin at 9:00 a.m.
