The Mount Vernon Nazarene University men's and women's tennis teams faced Ohio Wesleyan University at the Ramser Tennis Courts on September 30. The men's team lost with a score of 0-7. In singles, Noah Hill fought hard but was defeated with scores of 4-6 and 3-6. Nathan Fitzpatrick won his first set 6-2 but then lost the next two sets 3-6 and 3-10.
The women's team also fell to Ohio Wesleyan, ending with a score of 0-7. Alanna Reyes and Andi Green competed in the second doubles slot, losing their set 3-6.
Looking ahead, the men's team will host Baldwin Wallace University at Ramser Tennis Courts on October 11. The women's team is scheduled to play against Indiana Southeast in New Albany, Indiana, on October 25 at 9:00 a.m.
