KNOX COUNTY, DANVILLE, OHIO DANVILLE LOCAL SCHOOL DISTRICT
DANVILLE SCHOOL PARKING LOT ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS
DANVILLE LOCAL SCHOOL DISTRICT(Owner) is requesting Bids for the construction of the following Project:
DANVILLE SCHOOL PARKING LOT
Sealed Bids for the construction of the Project will be received at the Danville Local School District Administration Office located at 203 South Richards St. until Monday August 18, 2025, at 10:00 am local time. At that time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read. All bids must be in compliance with ORC Chapter 153, and all applicable law.
The Issuing Office for the Bidding Documents is: Tekton Engineering, 4805 East Main Street, Berlin, Oh 44610. Prospective Bidders may obtain or examine the Bidding Documents at the Issuing Office Monday through Thursday between the hours of 8am – 3 pm. Printed copies of the Bidding Documents may be obtained from the Issuing Office upon payment of $150 for each set. Electronic copies can be obtained by request from Veronica Gerber, Executive Assistant, Tekton Engineering at vgerber@tekton eng.com
Partial sets of Bidding Documents will not be available from the Issuing Office. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office. All bids must include a Bid Guaranty. For all further requirements regarding bid submittal, qualifications, procedures, and contract award, refer to the Instructions to Bidders that are included in the Bidding Document.
