Evan Hodkinson earns CoSIDA Academic All-America First Team honors again

Evan Hodkinson, a student-athlete from Mount Vernon Nazarene University (MVNU), has been named to the CoSIDA Academic All-America First Team for the second year in a row. Hodkinson, who is majoring in biology and hails from Dalton, Ohio, has maintained a 3.95 GPA while competing successfully in men's cross country and track & field.

On the track, Hodkinson was recognized as an outdoor all-conference performer in both the 800m and the 4x400m events. He also qualified for the NAIA Outdoor Nationals in the 800m, 1500m, and 4x800m races. Notably, he finished as the National Runner Up in the 800m with a time of 1:50.40.
