The Gambier Community Library is set to host a Summer Reading Program Party on Wednesday, July 9, 2025. The event will take place from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. at the library located at 115 Meadow Lane.
Activities planned for the day include crafts, temporary tattoos, games, music, bubbles, snacks, and walking tacos. A special storytime session with Belle is scheduled for 4:00 p.m. The event is open to all ages and does not require registration.
Children who achieve their reading goals will have the opportunity to select a free book. The event is organized by Color Our World Public Library of Mount Vernon and Knox County in collaboration with Friends of the Public Library of Mount Vernon & Knox County.
