Kicking off in less than 20 days, the 176th Knox County Fair welcomes guests of all ages.
Happening July 19–26, in Mount Vernon, Ohio, gates open daily from 8 a.m. to 11 p.m. Admission is just $10, while kids 8 and under—and parking—are always free.
From tractor pulls and demolition derbies to Rough Truck races and the beloved Monster Trucks, The Energy Cooperative Grandstand keeps the adrenaline pumping all week. Fairgoers can enjoy dizzying rides courtesy of Lisko Family Midway Amusements, explore unique vendors, and dive into an incredible lineup of livestock showcases, equine events, artistic displays, and more.
Special theme days add even more sparkle—like Veterans Free Day on July 23 and Senior Citizens Free Day on July 24—both packed with entertainment, from Elvis tributes to antique tractor parades. Don’t miss the ever-charming Pee Wee Roundup or the roar of the Dino Roar! shows.
With roots dating back to 1849, the Knox County Fair stands as one of Ohio’s longest-running agricultural traditions.
