Zachary Thurman, MD, will be speaking at a community event on Tuesday, July 15, from 5:00 to 6:00 PM. The talk will focus on the role of family medicine and primary care in promoting wellness throughout different stages of life. Dr. Thurman plans to share practical tips aimed at enhancing health and longevity.
The event is free and open to the public, taking place in the Wright Family Medical Pavilion's second-floor meeting room. Attendees are advised to enter through the Birthing Center and follow the hallway to the right.
Dr. Thurman has been part of Knox Community Hospital's Department of Primary Care - Family Medicine since May 2021. He completed his residency at the University of Wisconsin Department of Family Medicine after earning his doctorate from the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine. Prior to joining Knox Community Hospital, he taught in a clinical setting at the University of Cincinnati.
