The Knox County Fair is back for its 176th year, celebrating tradition, community, and the hard work of young fair participants. A highlight of the fair’s festivities is the Junior Fair Breakfast, taking place on Thursday, July 10, at the Ramser 4-H Activity Center located at 700 Perimeter Drive on the fairgrounds.
Doors open at 8:00 a.m. with the event running from 8:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.
The deadline to register for the event is Friday, June 27, and tickets are non-refundable. Junior Fair Participants can attend at no cost, while adults (ages 18 and over) can purchase tickets for $20. Youth (non-participating Junior Fair members, ages 17 and under) can attend for $10.
Attendees will have the chance to win free one-week fair passes. Four winners will be randomly selected at the breakfast, making this gathering even more rewarding for guests. All proceeds from the event support the Knox County Junior Fair Awards, ensuring continued recognition and encouragement for these young individuals.
This special breakfast offers an opportunity to hear from Knox County Junior Fair participants as they share their experiences, discuss their fair projects, and explain the dedication that goes into preparing for the Knox County Fair.
