Due to a software error, customers previously enrolled in paperless billing for the City of Mount Vernon Utility Billing have been reverted to receiving paper bills by mail. This issue has not impacted any ACH or automatic payment arrangements, and payments will continue as scheduled.

To resume electronic billing, customers are advised to follow these steps: Visit MTVernonOH.gov and select "City Services" from the homepage menu. Under "Services," click on "e-Payments" and then "Pay Water." A notification will appear indicating you are leaving the City's website; click "Proceed to Site" to continue. On the InvoiceCloud site, click "Sign In."

For existing account holders, sign in with your email and password. New users should click "Register Now" and follow prompts to create an account. During registration, select paperless billing when prompted. For existing accounts, after signing in, click the "Paperless" tab on the right side to access Paperless Settings.

On the Paperless Settings page, enable paperless billing by selecting the option and accepting the Terms and Conditions. Click "Save My Changes." A green bar will confirm successful changes at the top of the screen.
