The Brown Family Environmental Center (BFEC) is inviting the public to learn about frogs and their unique characteristics on Saturday, May 3. The event, titled "Family Nature Quest: Fascinating Frogs," will run from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the Picnic Pavilion.
Participants will have the chance to explore how frogs are able to leap great distances and capture insects with their specialized adaptations. The session will also delve into how certain frog species can endure freezing temperatures during the winter months.
This educational morning of pond play and discovery is free of charge. Those interested in attending can contact Bonnie at 740.427.5053 for more information.
