Northridge Local Schools has announced that its Board of Education will convene for a special meeting on April 21, 2025. This announcement was made in a press release.
According to Britt Lewis, the Treasurer and Chief Financial Officer of the Northridge Local School District Board of Education, the special meeting is scheduled for Monday at 6:00 p.m. It will be held at the District Office located at 6097 Johnstown-Utica Road in Johnstown, Ohio. The focus of this meeting will be to continue the Superintendent search process in collaboration with K-12 Business Consulting (K-12BC). The public is invited to attend and participate. Lewis also noted that individuals requiring accommodations due to disabilities should contact the Superintendent’s office beforehand.
The agenda for the meeting includes an opening roll call, the Pledge of Allegiance, and a review of the district's mission and values. An executive session is planned to discuss employment matters before adjourning. For those unable to attend in person, an audio recording of the meeting will be available upon request.
The Northridge Local Schools Board of Education is responsible for overseeing district operations and policies. Regular meetings are held monthly on the third Tuesday at 6:30 PM in the District Office. Recordings and minutes from these meetings are accessible online and at the office during business hours from Monday through Friday.
The board comprises President Evelyn Vance, Vice President Jeffrey Schrock, and members Jayma Bammerlin, Kate Creager, and Doug Hart.
