Habitat for Humanity of Knox County announced the closing of its ReStore on Wooster Road.

The store is currently moving into its new downtown location.

Its opening is slated for 2025 at 405 W. Chestnut Street in Mount Vernon.

Volunteers are needed to help with setting up ReStore's new space.

Residents can reach out to the ReStore manager at: 740.393.9214 or ReStore@hfhknoxoh.org to schedule a time to volunteer at the new location.

According to Habitat for Humanity of Knox County's website, ReStores are nonprofit home improvement stores and donation centers that sell new and gently used furniture, appliances, home accessories, building materials and more to the public at a fraction of the retail price.  All proceeds benefit Habitat for Humanity.
