PUBLIC NOTICE
The Middlebury Township Board of Zoning Appeals will meet Wednesday, October 30, 2024 at 7:00 pm. The meeting will be held at the Middlebury Township Garage, 19758 Waterford Road, Fredericktown. They will meet to consider the application for a conditional use on the property of Aaron Yoder, located at 7889 Ridge Road, Fredericktown. The applicant is requesting a conditional use for a home occupation.
