In a previous article by Mount Vernon News, it was noted that the single-family detached homes would require a minimum floor space of 1,200 square feet. The lots designated for these 46 homes would occupy approximately 19.1 acres of the property. The apartments are planned to have a minimum area of 700 square feet each. Additionally, four buildings are set aside for townhomes that would each have at least 1,000 square feet of floor space.
