The Mount Vernon Nazarene University (MVNU) is currently hosting the "RISE - Senior Graphic Design Exhibit" at its Schnormeier Gallery, with the exhibit set to run through next week.

This exhibit features the work of seniors Luke Bortner, Cameron Cearns, Allison Durst, Ben Kindberg, Jordan Hall, Mayleea Hansen, Taylor Nazeck, Abigail Oliver, Brooklynn Rockwell, Zoë Schaum, and Cody West. Their graphic designs will be on display until May 2nd as per an MVNU press release. The university had organized an opening reception from 5:30-8 p.m. on April 26.

According to another MVNU press release, the exhibit embodies the capacity of the senior graphic design class to surmount difficulties and ascend above setbacks. The designers employed their skills to "subvert expectations and bring about creative solutions" by amalgamating design knowledge, innovation, and history.

Schnormeier Gallery is situated at 221 S. Main St., Mount Vernon. It is located on the first floor of MVNU's Buchwald Center as stated in an MVNU press release. The gallery operates from Monday through Friday between 1 to 5 p.m. For further information about the gallery or the exhibit, interested parties can reach out via email at artgallery@mvnu.edu.
