Ronald M. Hall, 70 of Delaware, and formerly of Mt. Vernon passed peacefully Monday, December 11, 2023 at Sarah Moore Home after a hard-fought battle with cancer.
Born January 31, 1953 in Mt. Vernon, Ohio the son of the late Dean & Marvel (Pence) Hall. Ron attended and later graduated from Mt. Vernon High School in 1971.
Ron lived life on his own terms. He had two wonderful boys, and was proud of their accomplishments. He enjoyed great times with good friends, the outdoors, including riding many Harley motorcycles, fishing, hiking, and foraging for morels. He was a sweet, funny, kind, and sometimes quirky, and ornery father, grandfather, and brother.
He was preceded in death by his parents, son Justin Hall, and siblings Diane Clayborne, Douglas Hall and Randy Hall.
Left to cherish his memory are his son Jamie (Sarah Rutland) Hall; daughter-in-law Nature McPeak; granddaughter Lilly Hall; brother Bruce Hall; nephews RJ & Shade Hall; special friend Pamela Sutton.
Ron will be cremated, and being an outdoorsman, his family will put his cremated remains under a sugar maple tree on their property in the spring. At this time no services celebrating his life have been planned at this time.
