Jacqueline L. Brinning, age 92, of Mount Vernon, Ohio, passed away on Thursday, October 19, 2023, at Knox Community Hospital in Mount Vernon. She was born on December 17, 1930, in Mount Vernon, Ohio, the daughter of Conard and Margaret (Hildenbrand) Johnson. Jacqueline was employed for many years at Wise Jewelry in Mount Vernon.

She was a member of the Gay Street United Methodist Church. Jacqueline was a loving and devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and friend, that enjoyed walking and loved attending her kids and grandkids events and activities.

She is survived by her two boys, Greg (Maricel) Banbury of Cape Coral, Florida, and Gary (Jill) Banbury of Bellville, four grandchildren, Gregory (Chelsea) Banbury, Stacy Royal, Anson McQuigg, Nick (Ashley) Banbury, and eight great grandchildren.

Besides her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Robert Brinning (1996).

The family was observe a private burial in Mount Vernon Memorial Gardens. The Flowers-Snyder Funeral Home of Mount Vernon is honored to serve the family of Jacqueline L. Brinning.
