Dixie Wallace, daughter of Barney and Willena (McAlister) Wallace, was born on February 16, 1940 in Mount Vernon, OH. She passed from this life to the life after on July 10, 2023 at 8:35pm at Country Club rest home where she received excellent and friendly care.
Dixie worked at the Wallace Family Store in Brandon, OH, The Lamb Glass Factory, Round Hill Dairy and as a housekeeper for various families. She published a book about Miller Township, helped with various Church VBS’s and the Brandon parades. She was always be remembered by her family and friends with the many things she made on birthdays and special occasions.
She is remembered by Chuck and Bonnie Wythe, Dennis and Candy Gillespie, Matt, Laura and Rosie Gillespie, Josh, Julie and Charlie Kosovo, Christine and BettyMae Gillespie, Shawn and Heidi Myers, Cameron and Kasey Miller, Caleb Myers, Cole, Courtney and Hudson Myers, Kloee Myers, Mike and Chriss Wythe, Caleb and Jessica Macoy, Tyler, Samantha and Freya Joy Penko, Jacob, Laura, George, Jessie, Alex, Kolova and Beth Wythe, Patty and Kade Ashcraft.
Dixie was preceded in death by her parents and Terrie Wythe.
There was be no services at this time.
She now was rest in peace with her Lord!
