  • Complaint about ATV 4-wheelers and dirt bikes on the roadway – Winesap Ct., Apple Valley.
Oct. 2

  • Complaint about two dirt bikes on the roadway – Highland Hills Dr., Apple Valley.
Oct. 6

  • Xavier Mason of Danville was arrested on an arrest warrant.
Oct. 7

  • Crisis intervention with an individual – in the 3000 block of Apple Valley Dr.
  •  Theft – In the 700 block of South Market St.
Oct. 8

  • Private property auto accident – in the 10 block of South Market St.
  •  Call of an intoxicated adult male causing issues – Ridgeway Dr., Apple Valley. It was determined that the male was Michael G. Ball age 24 of Brinkhaven and he had assaulted an adult female. Ball was arrested for felonious assault. The case will be presented to the Knox County Grand Jury.
