At Stake: With two games left on the schedule, the Trojans look to get back up over .500 after a tough loss to undefeated Danville last week. The Golden Knights are riding a three game winning streak and look to build off of last week’s blowout performance against Mount Gilead.
What to Watch:
It has been a roller coaster ride for the Trojans, who have been streaky as they were coming off a three game winning streak before being blown out by first place Danville.
Centerburg was led by Jesse Rings who was 9-for-22 for 89 yards and two passing touchdowns last week, and the quarterback also ran the ball 19 times for 77 yards and a touchdown. Trevin Harris tallied four catches for 56 yards with two touchdowns.
Rings is also one of the top defensive players in KMAC this season, and look for him to try to step in front of a pass or two for a pick.
Northmor is led by AJ Bower, who is the top quarterback in KMAC this season with 1,572 yards passing and 23 touchdowns, with a 59% complettion percentage. Jax Wenger is his number one option with 28 catches for 499 yards and 10 touchdowns.
Look for this duo to build off of this success. They connected last week for a pair of scores and are possibly the most dynamic threat in the conference through the air.
Carson Campbell is a force on the ground, coming off a 121 yard performance. He has 638 yards and seven rushing touchdowns this year, and could be a major factor.
