Autumn Discovery Day plant sale will be Saturday, October 7, 2023, 9 am to 12 pm at the Secrest Welcome and Education Center, 2122 Williams Rd, Wooster. Rain or shine.

Plants for the sale were carefully selected by Secrest Aboretum staff, and include some of their longtime favorites which have been proven to grow beautifully at the Arboretum in Wooster! Their "favorites" list includes:
- Lindera angustifolia - Oriental Spicebush
- Ilex verticillata 'Winter Red' - Winter Red Winterberry Holly
- Hamamelis virginiana - Common Witchhazel
- Amorpha canescens - Leadplant
- Metasequoia glyptostroboides - Dawn Redwood
- Cercidiphyllum japonicum 'Pendulum' - Weeping Katsura Tree
